The challenge

Volunteer-run social that couldn't keep pace.

ANSC is a Melbourne community soccer club with full competitive seniors, juniors and community programs. The social accounts were being run by whoever had time on the night, which meant inconsistent posting, mismatched graphics, and sponsor obligations slipping through.

With a new committee and growing sponsor commitments, they needed a steady weekly output: match day graphics, team news, sponsor recognition, campaign posts for trials and events. All on brand, every week.

What we deliver

Weekly content, fully managed.

Brand system first

Established a consistent visual system: colour palette, fonts, template layouts for line-ups, full time, man of the match, ladder updates. Everything derives from this system so no two posts look like they belong to different clubs.

Match day content

Pre-game line-ups, live updates where possible, full time cards with scores, post-match content pulled from photos the team captains send through.

Sponsor posts

Contracted sponsor shout-outs delivered on schedule. Proof sent to each sponsor so they know the post went out.

Campaign cycles

Pre-season trials, registration campaigns, end-of-season wrap-ups. Designed as coherent series so each post builds on the last.

Cross-platform consistency

Instagram and Facebook handled together. Same caption, same graphic, right dimensions for each platform, correct tagging.
