The challenge
Aaron had been doing tile regrouting work for years but was ready to turn it into a real brand. The plan was Geelong first, then expand across Victoria and interstate. The name, "Grout Academy", was locked in. Everything else needed building from scratch.
The constraint: he was ready to start taking jobs, so the brand needed to be done in two weeks, not two months.
